Arms experts have stated that Libyan still has atleast 10 tons of mustard gas in stock. The problem is, that Libyan, in 2003, agreed to destroy all there chemical weapons. Now an international agency has taken over the destruction of the chemical weapons, in which they move the deadline back to May 15

U.S. Drinking Water
The government had virtually no oversight of drinking-water quality before the 1970s, leaving the job to a patchwork of local laws that were often weakly enforced and widely ignored. The Safe Drinking Water Act was passed in 1974 by the EPA to keep down the death rate of polluted tap water drunk by Americans. It is said that American tap water is one of the best tap water systems in the world, compared to many other countries who do not have any filtration system. Written by Russell McLendon
